Alot has been said about techno savvy but i wish to state that the requirements for one to qualify as a techno savvy vary owing to the fact that technology is as relative as life itself is, since some people are still using typewriters whereas others have moved on to touch pads as we see on television. We can remember when president Obama refused to part with his blackberry , he used teleprompter during his campaigns, etc while we still see other presidents elsewhere still read from yellow pads.
So to be or not to be a techno savvy is relative.
